About Capo Vaticano
Capo Vaticano is situated on the Calabrian coast, close to Tropea, in Southern Italy. Calabria is a long peninsula with some 800 km of coastline, practically all mountainous. Overlooking the clear waters of the Mediterranean, Capo Vaticano is known for its natural scenic beauty, beaches and fascinating history. Tropea is only a short distance from Capo Vaticano and is famous for its archaeological past, modern-day harbour and rustic houses built on cliff terraces.
Our centre
Our school is the only one of its kind in the entire region surrounded by gardens, orange groves, idyllic apartments and classrooms. It is open during the summer months, normally from May through to October. Many lessons are taught outside under the trees and the school is situated only a few minutes walk from the beach and village centre.
